In a world of constant go-go-go, we can all use a little stress reduction in our lives. When life gets over whelming, whether it be family, work, personal, environmental, or a mix of all four, sometimes all we can do it throw our hands up in the air and say, “That’s it, I’m done.”

Now this is not very conducive to life, since we cannot just take breaks from living. But what we can do is find our boundaries and hold them. A lot of stress that we feel is usually not having a direction. When we don’t actually know what we want we say yes to things we don’t want to do, we procrastinate, we give in to the resistance. Having a solid stress reduction plan is more than just breathing techniques, it is understand what causes us stress and the even deeper root of why. What is included in stress reduction sessions?
These sessions vary from person to person. Some people need to take a step back, vent, then learn healthy boundaries. While others will simply need to understand what their goals are. Sessions may include things like:
breathing and tapping techniques
clairvoyant readings
goal setting and implementation
basic understanding of how their mindset is either helping or harming

How long are these sessions?
While an initial session may take longer, most sessions will run an hour. 

How are these sessions different than other stress relieving techniques?
Sessions will encompass much more than talking to someone about your problems or finding advice from friends or the internet. Instead we will tailor a program just for your needs. We will be mindful to include techniques for you to use in all different types of situations.  This is our way to make sure that you can keep stress out of your life!

Is stress reduction right for me?
