Frequently Asked Questions

The Pictures

What are the 4 pictures of?
These will be pictures of your posture. One from the front, back, the left and the right side. It is recommended to get a friend or family member to take the picture for the posture photo analysis. If this is not possibly you can always set a timer on your phone and take the picture yourself.

How do I stand and what do I wear in the photos?
Stand naturally. In order for the tailored movement sequence to be truly what you need we must see your posture for what it really is. As far as clothes goes, it is better to wear neutral colors and to stand in front of a lighter background. Staying away from blacks and whites is recommended. The more we can see the more we can deduce about your posture.

What will you see in the pictures?
The pictures will give a clear view of what is happening. The way that you stand says a lot about the way that your body interacts with the world. We will be able to see the balance and the dynamic tension that is currently being expressed in your body.

What will you do with these pictures?
The pictures are strictly for the posture photo analysis. We will keep them to track your progress. They will not be use outside of that unless expressly asked permission to be used.

The Sequence

How will you know what to put in my movement sequence?
Based on the pictures and the questionnaire we will have a full view of what it is that your body needs. From there we will send you the movement sequence that we feel is best and a follow up email to make sure that all the movements are working for you. If, for some reason a movement isn’t working/makes the pain worse, just let us know and we will find something that works better.

How long before I get my movement sequence?
All sequences can be expected within 7-10 business days of photo submittal.

What if I have an injury or a surgery?
Put that in your answers on the questionnaire. This information will be considered as the sequence is being made, but it in no way needs to hinder you and all modifications will be added to your sequence.

When can I expect to see results?
Results vary from person to person. The important thing to remember is the more consistent you are with doing your movements the better and faster you will feel results.
