What is Strength
Strength is the capacity of an object to withstand great force or pressure. It is the capacity within each and every one of us to move throughout our day, not knowing what lay ahead and not backing down from the challenge. Strength is not just a testament of our physical selves, but a demonstration of our mental ability as well. We may not always feel strong, but it is there, laying in wake, waiting to spring to our aid. Our deepest strength is our belief in ourselves. If this is at the core of our being then nothing has the ability to stop us. Slow us down at times and tire us out, yes, but stop us, never.
When You Are Strong in Who You Are
Everything else has something to build on when we have internal strength. We must have belief ourselves to say what we feel. Either no to things that do not serve us or yes to things that make our souls catch fire. It is also important for us to be strong in our appearance. Our bodies truly are works of art, each and every one of them, in their own and unique way. It is important to understand that. There is no one way to look, no one weight to be, no one size to fit into. We all are who we are. There must be confident in the skin that we wear, no matter how hard that might be at times.
We are here to help, to align your thoughts with who you want to be. It is a matter of mindset. Getting clear to what it is that you truly want, not what others tell you that you should want. Only from this well-defined space can true understanding and love of your inner self thrive. In and of itself this clarity can be the hardest thing to gain. But once we have it, once we can point true north and move in that direction. No matter the obstacles that find their way into our path. Be become unstoppable and our inner strength finds its maximum force.
